1983 Martin D12-18 Twelve String Guitar, Serial #438798. Mahogany back, sides and neck. Spruce top. Very nice condition, a few nicks and scratches.

I've owned this one for two years. I have a Gibson LG12 twelve string, which i prefer. I don't think this guitar saw a lot of use.

Graham at 1985 Guitars repaired a 4 inch crack on the back. He went over the entire instrument, all braces are tight, everything is A-1. He had new nut and saddle. dressed the frets (only a light dressing was required) and set the guitar up.

Includes the original Martin hard case.
